Discussion:
Printing the Calendar with PREVIOUS and next month at the top
(too old to reply)

In Outlook when printing the calendar using Monthly style, the months
displayed at the top of the printed page (these are the smaller monthly
displays above the current month on the page) are the current month and the
next month. Really pointless to have the current month printed smaller at the
top of the page when the current month is already printed on the main part of
the page. How do I get the previous month and the next month to show at the
top of the printout? Thanks in advance! Robert

Hi Diane,

Although that website may be helpful to others with Outlook questions, it
has no reference to solve my issue and the applications (2 out of 4) mention
Outlook 2000 not 2003. My apologies for not including the version in my
original posting.

Thanks anyway,
Robert

Any other ideas?

Versions don't matter. They were written for the older versions but work
just fine with the newer versions.

BTW the only way to solve your problem is to use a word template to print,
and as the page says: "Even though the information on these templates state
they are for older versions of Outlook, these templates will work with all
newer versions of Outlook and Word, including 2003."

Thank you so much Diane!! This worked out great for me. Especially being
able to have different items printed in different colors.
